Up to 24 hours before pick-up
You can cancel your booking free of charge if there are more than 24 hours left before the agreed pickup time.
A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this period.
Cancellation 12 (twelve) hours before the booking is 50 % refundable. Less than 12 (twelve) hours before the booking refund is not applicable.
Changes to the bookings must be submitted by email or phone, verified by AT & LS, and acknowledged by email within 24 hours.
In case of No-Show
In case of no-show, the total price must be paid and a refund is not possible (we have to charge 100% of the full amount).
In case your flight is canceled and the reservation is no longer cancellable, the ride will be considered as NO-SHOW and charged in full.
Moving your booking is only possible if the driver is free and AT & LS agrees. Any supplement must be agreed directly AT & LS. In any case, neither AT & LS nor the driver is obliged to offer an alternative solution, he can download the receipt from his account to request any refunds from whoever caused the flight loss.
In case you miss your flight, it is reassigned by the flight company or diverted to another airport, the reservation can no longer be canceled, the ride will be considered as NO-SHOW and charged in full.

After the baggage claim area, at the exit assigned to the specified flight number (provided that the customer indicated the flight number at the time of booking), unless otherwise communicated by AT & LS. The driver holds a sign with the passenger’s name on it. Contact the AT & LS service if the driver is not found.
Transfer booking:
If your chosen route includes a special tunnel like the eurotunnel between England and France or a ferry to an island the fees have to be paid by the passenger on site (it is not included in the price). Please note: The passenger has to pay not only the way to his destination but also the way back for the driver. We recommend all our guests, to inform themselves about this possible further costs.
Normal toll fees for highways are included.
In case you book a transfer without the indication of an exact address, for example if the booking indicates just an area or a postal zip, the driver has the right to claim a surcharge for further kilometres.
PASSENGER DOES NOT PRESENT (No-Show)
If the passenger does not show up at the agreed pick-up point within the free waiting period after the agreed pick-up time without having canceled the reservation, and if he cannot be reached at the telephone number indicated in the booking, it is considered a no-show . In this case, the trip is 100% billed.
If the driver does not show up, the passenger must contact AT & LS directly. The passenger always receives the phone number via SMS at least one hour before departure via SMS. If the driver is not reachable, contact immediately the AT & LS Support Hotline to find an alternative transfer solution. If the customer does not call within 15 minutes from the time the driver had to show up, neither AT & LS nor the driver can be held responsible for any consequences.
If the passenger decides to give up the trip because the driver cannot carry out special services (e.g. transport of children, animals, bulky luggage) that the transport service provider has not previously accepted, the agreed total of the travel costs must be paid, net of any expenses saved.
The driver may refuse to make the journey if the passenger does not comply with the rules of conduct inside the vehicle or if he presumes that the person who made the reservation or the passenger belongs to an illegal organization or uses the services illegally or for illicit purposes.
For reservations up to 5 hours (50km included), from 6 – 10 hours (100km included), from 11 to 24 hours (150km included) with the vehicle booked. The sum of the hours required to have the driver with you implies the total of kilometers covered included in the service. From the beginning of the chosen pick-up time until the end of the schedule, the driver in charge of carrying out the service will be at your complete disposal for a transfer request that falls within the established mileage. Any extra hours or kilometer requested must be agreed with the driver in charge of completing the service.
Adding extra hours to your transfer service and exceeding the distance included with your hourly booking may result in additional costs. All the regular terms and conditions apply here.
BOOKING VEHICLE CLASS
The vehicle images shown on the platform are representative of the required vehicle class. AT & LS may upgrade the vehicle to a higher class or one with greater capacity at no additional cost to the user. Services involving a VAN may alternatively be performed with an SUV of equal capacity, and vice versa.
If the selected vehicle class includes a 12 or 16-seater MiniBus, the service may be provided with two or more Vans/SUVs to ensure sufficient capacity for the ride.
The following rules of conduct apply to each trip:
In the event of non-compliance with these rules and inappropriate behavior, such as vandalism and activities that cause the driver insecurity or make him uncomfortable, the total agreed costs must still be paid, net of any expenses saved. In addition, the AT & LS may ask the user or passenger for compensation for the necessary repair of vehicle damage or for the removal of excessive dirt in the vehicle caused or brought by the passenger.
Infant seat / child seat
If you want a seat for babies or children, select the number of child seats required in the section of the BOOKING page. Our standard cancellation policy applies in the event that no infant or child seat has been requested (or, if requested, it is not in the correct state) and consequently, our service provider was unable to carry out the ride.
The free baggage allowance per booking class is indicated on the VEHICLE LISTING page and BOOKING page. If you travel with excess baggage allowance, add a comment in the NOTES section of the BOOKING page. AT & LS does not guarantee will accept more baggage than the advertised baggage allowance. Alternatively, please contact support.
Requests that exceed the standard services provided by AT & LS require an availability check which is only performed if you contact the AT & LS directly. Our standard cancellation policy applies in the event that no availability check has been performed and, as a result, AT & LS has not been able to make the ride.
“AIRPORT TRANSFERS & LIMOUSINE SERVICE” GmgH (hereinafter AT &LS), Bergstrasse 107 8032 Zürich, https://swiss.creativebytedev.com provides private transfers and limousine service to Clients. Booking can be made through the online platform, telephone and email. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all Clients, unless otherwise agreed between both sides – Client/Company.
A vehicle and a driver may be reserved by telephone, email or through an online platform. All clients must submit the Company with all the required information in order to provide the service, such as name of Passenger, number of Passengers, dates and times, pick-up and drop-off point, number of luggage, child seats (if needed), pets (if applicable), payment details and the information related to the method of payment of the required services. The booking is considered valid only after confirmation by AT & LS by email. The Company re-confirms each booking 24 hours before the pick-up time. When placing an order for an Hourly booking Client must indicate the duration needed.
All prices offered by AT & LS include VAT, all applicable tolls, and local taxes. An additional fee of 3% of the amount will be applied if booking is paid by bank card to the driver and paying link. Hourly booking only: For Hourly booking outside Zürich, Clients must pay the driver’s costs for overnight. Each additional hour over the specified time is charged according to the vehicle’s class. Every additional kilometre is charged 2,5 CHF.
The numbers of luggages stated for a particular vehicle is estimated. If Clients have more than the allowance AT & LS reserve the right to charge the cost of additional vehicles in order to keep health and safety precautions. At the time of the booking the Client must include all the children and infants regardless of the age and it should specify the type of seats required. AT & LS provide all child seats free of charge.

AT & LS will provide invoice submitted with transfer and price details to the Client.
Cancellation of the order due to some circumstances beyond your control must be submitted 24 (twenty-four) hours or more prior to the commencement of the booking. The whole amount, already paid to the Company, shall be reimbursed. Cancellation 12 (twelve) hours before the booking is 50 % refundable. The Clients are obliged to follow any instructions given by the personnel of AT & LS, that ensures a safe trip. Using safety belts and child seats are compulsory. Consumption of alcoholic drinks and food in the vehicle is not recommended.
AT & LS has no responsibility to the customer for late arrival caused by act of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pick-up and drop-off information, and any other situation beyond our control (force majeure).
